Conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Use behavioral and situational questions to assess problem-solving abilities and compatibility with the role
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the specified criteria. Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess basic qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit
Conduct a thorough analysis of the job role to create a comprehensive position description
Utilize various channels for candidate sourcing, including online job boards, social media, industry networks, and the agency's existing candidate database
Administer relevant skill assessments or tests to verify technical competencies. Use assessment tools to gauge personality traits, cognitive abilities, or other qualities important for success in the role
Conduct thorough reference checks with previous employers or colleagues to verify the candidate's work history, performance, and character
Provide insights into each candidate's strengths and potential areas for development.
Coordinate interviews between the client and the shortlisted candidates. Gather feedback from both parties after each interview to refine the selection process
Facilitate communication between the client and the chosen candidate during the negotiation process. Assist in finalizing the job offer and managing the acceptance process
Provide support during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for the candidate into their new role
Follow up with both the client and the placed candidate after the hire to address any concerns and ensure a successful integration
